Refund Policy

Due to all items being handmade, we DO NOT offer refunds! Store credit will be sent to you via email with the total amount on a Gift Card.

Shipping Policy

We offer a $5 flat rate shipping cost, no matter how many items you order. Orders over $99 ship FREE!

We ONLY ship through USPS or UPS. Once the package is dropped off to USPS/UPS we are no longer responsible. If there is an issue with your package (getting lost/stolen) you will need to contact USPS/UPS for a resolution. Of course I will do everything on my end to resolve the lost package to best of my ability.
